We have pre-booked a number of rooms with a special discounted rate at the Conference Hotel, the Royal Continental, on the seafront in Via Partenope.
Here is where all lunches, coffee break and main conference events will take place.
The rates are very convenient compared to all the other hotels on the seafront. They include access to the rooftop pool, 24H fitness center, and buffet breakfast.
Please, consider that June is high holiday season in Naples, so consider to book your room well in advance, as the availability is limited.
The pre-booked room availability is guaranteed until (and must be paid by) May 10th, 2025
To proceed with the reservation, please download the Accomodation Form, fill it in and send to the travel agency contacts you find therein. The form contains all the details on room types, rates and cancelation policy. Upon reception of the form, the travel agency will check and confirm your reservation and send you the details to proceed with the payment (to be done by May 10th, 2025, otherwise the reservation is considered canceled).
