Registration
Authors should carefully read the policy for accepted papers.
You can register for DSN 2025 here (Please read the following information before making your booking.): Registration Portal
- Each accepted paper in any track must have a distinct full conference author registration. Each accepted workshop paper/tutorial must have either a distinct workshop/tutorial or a distinct full conference author registration
- Please double-check the registration type and fee when placing your booking to ensure it matches the corresponding section listed in the table below.
- Workshop/Tutorial only registration does not include banquet.
- Extra tickets for the banquet can be purchased from the registration site for 100€/person.
- Workshop/Tutorial registration gives access only to the corresponding workshop/tutorial.
- Early-bird registration deadline is by May 10, 2025. After this date, regular registration fees will apply.
- Students that are not IEEE/IFIP member must provide proof (e.g., student's ID card, an official letter from the head of department/director of doctoral school providing the current status as enrolled student) of their student status to be eligible for student fee rate. Please, send the proof to dsn2025@critiware.com during the registration process.
- All rates include VAT.

Registration deadlines
- Author registration (all tracks except workshops): Apr 30, 2025
- Author registration (only workshops): May 10, 2025
- Non-author early-bird registration (all tracks): May 10, 2025
Cancellation policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be sent to dsn2025@critiware.com
by May 31, 2025, AoE Time.
There will be an administrative fee of 50% for cancelled registrations.
You may only cancel your registration before the cancellation deadline.
Author registrations are non-refundable.
Policy for Accepted Papers
- Every paper has to have a full registration to appear in the conference proceedings.
- The conference is in person and papers are presented only in person.
- If none of the authors can come to the conference for any motivation the paper will be withdrawn and will not appear in the proceedings.
